My primary goals as a birth doula are to work together with a mother in visualizing her birth plan, partnering with her as she grows nearer to labor, and offering unconditional support throughout labor and delivery. For postpartum support, I strive to support a birthing person and their family as they transition to life with a new child - that means listening, teaching, and being available.
As a sibling doula, I strive to be a compassionate and thoughtful support system for your child(ren) and provide them with the same unconditional care that I would a laboring mother.
I want to provide birthing people with a comforting, nonjudgmental, and empowering support as they and their families go through this exciting and sometimes emotionally intense life transition. Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are unique to each and every person, and I want to honor each individual's choices. I offer my services to individuals and families of all walks of life, family structures, identities, and sexual orientations.
I offer labor and delivery support (which includes prenatal support), postpartum support, and sibling doula support (see "What I Do")
If you would like to discuss with me how I can assist you in your birth and/or postpartum journey, please contact me and we can set up a consultation.
